Annie Tolliver
(1950-2018) Montgomery, AL
Daughter of Mose and Willie Mae Tolliver, Annie started painting during the mid-1980s, learning by watching her father. Mose signed Annie's works until circa 1990, when, with her father's approval, she decided to "come out" on her own, and began signing her own work. I visited her many times.
