R.A. Miller

(1912-2006) Rabbittown, GA

R.A. Miller lived in the house he was born in for most of his life, on a ridge overlooking the highway. His original "Blow Oskar" tin cutout , hung in view of the road, was a message to his cousin who'd drive by and honk (or not) when passing through. He is known for his tin cutouts of Oskar, the devil, and various prehistoric creatures, whirligigs, and paintings on boards and tin. Mr. Miller passed away in March 2006.
